Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to build and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners across North America. You will collaborate with Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing, and Sales Ops to drive partner-led growth.

You will enable partners, drive joint opportunities, and lead events with partners and end-customers to accelerate revenue and pipeline generation.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing channel partner programs.
• Ability to enable partners and drive joint deals.
• Strong knowledge of the Data Management / Data Protection / Storage market.
• Excellent presentation skills and event hosting with partners and end-customers.

Responsibilities

• Grow the channel business through partner planning, enablement, and pipeline generation.
• Manage and grow distribution and regional channel partners for better coverage.
• Coordinate account mappings, interlocks, and meetings with Rubrik staff and partners.
• Lead partner enablement sessions for field sales and SE teams.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers to secure strategic partnerships.
