Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to build and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners across North America. You will collaborate with Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations to drive revenue and exceed sales goals.

The role focuses on growing channel business through partner planning, enablement, and accelerating sales pipelines, while training partners and maintaining strong partner relationships across targeted regions.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing channel partner programs.
• Proven ability to drive partner-led deals and POCs.
• Excellent presentation and event hosting skills.
• Strong relationships with regional partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Grow channel business through strategic partner planning and enablement.
• Coordinate with Rubrik teams to qualify opportunities and close deals with partners.
• Train partner field sales and SE staff to achieve self-sufficiency.
• Build relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations.
