Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, both experienced and new graduates, to join our team for 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers start with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before moving to independent regional runs.

Compensation includes weekly pay, mileage pay, training pay for new drivers, stop pay, monthly bonuses, and a full benefits package after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited gaps; 6 months in last year and 1 year in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer trailers with 100% no-touch freight.
• Complete 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance while on the road.
• Bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.
• Willingness to drive day or night hours.
