Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team for 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers start with 4–6 weeks of OTR training beside an experienced trainer before moving to independent regional runs.

Compensation includes $1,200–$1,300 per week, $0.51 per mile, training pay of $850 per week for 4–6 weeks, $15 per stop, monthly bonus opportunities, and a full benefits package after 30 days (medical, dental, 401(k), PTO).

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer trailers with 100% no-touch freight.
• Complete 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer.
• Maintain safety and on-time performance on regional runs.
