Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers to haul 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers will start with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before moving to independent regional runs.

Bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset and a structured career path accompany competitive pay: weekly pay of $1,200–$1,300 plus $0.51 per mile, plus training pay and stop-pay, with full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment for any reason.
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained gaps outside of school or training; at least 6 months of work in the last year and 1 year within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch freight using 53' reefers.
• Follow route patterns covering the Western 11 Region and maintain scheduled runs.
• Complete 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before operating independently.
• Maintain timely delivery with bi-weekly home time and a 34-hour reset.
