Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team, operating 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent regional runs.

Compensation includes $1,200–$1,300 per week, $0.51 per mile, and training pay of $850 per week during the 4–6 week program, plus $15 per stop. Full benefits arrive after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k) and PTO, with monthly

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch reefers on regional runs.
• Complete 1,800–2,200 miles per week as typical.
• Willing to train new CDL graduates for 4–6 weeks with a trainer.
• Hold day or night hours and maintain safe driving practices.
