Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers start with 4–6 weeks of OTR training alongside an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent regional runs.

Compensation includes weekly pay, mileage pay, and training pay with full benefits after 30 days. Bi-weekly home time and monthly bonus opportunities are available, with a structured path for new CDL graduates to gain experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid CDL A.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in 5 years.
• No DUIs or felonies in the past 5 years.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer trailers with 100% no-touch freight.
• Follow Western 11 Region routes with a predictable regional schedule.
• Complete 4–6 weeks OTR training with an experienced trainer then work independently.
• Maintain safety standards and on-time delivery.
