Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team, with 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New hires begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before moving to independent regional runs.

Compensation includes $1,200–$1,300 weekly plus $0.51 per mile, and $850 weekly training pay during 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months of experience. Full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class A license and be 21+.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions in the last 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 5 years.
• Pre-employment urine and hair drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer trailers for no-touch freight in the Western 11 Region.
• Follow trainer guidance during 4–6 weeks of OTR training before independent runs.
• Meet weekly miles target (typical 1,800–2,200 miles) and maintain safety standards.
