Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New hires begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent regional runs.

Expect 1,800–2,200 miles per week with bi-weekly home time and a 34-hour reset. Compensation includes weekly pay, mileage pay, stop pay, and training pay during onboarding, plus full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in past 5 years.
• No DUIs or felonies in past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment for any reason.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited gaps; 6+ months work in the last year and 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region.
• Complete 4–6 weeks OTR training with an experienced trainer.
• Maintain safety and on-time delivery with 1800–2200 miles per week.
• Be available for day or night driving and bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.
• Utilize stops pay and onboarding training pay during onboarding.
