Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers start with 4–6 weeks of OTR training alongside an experienced trainer before moving to independent regional runs.

Compensation includes $1,200–$1,300 per week and $0.51 per mile, plus training pay of $850 per week during training. Full benefits after 30 days, with bi-weekly home time and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited gaps; 6 months in last year and 1 year in last 3 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefers with no-touch freight.
• Complete 4–6 weeks OTR training with an experienced trainer.
• Transition to independent regional runs after training.
• Adhere to safety and hours-of-service regulations.
