Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team for 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers will undergo 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent regional runs.

Compensation includes weekly pay of $1,200–$1,300, mileage pay, and training pay of $850/week during training, with stop pay and monthly bonuses. Full benefits begin after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with no major incidents in past 5 years.
• Graduate of accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Must be 21+ yrs with valid Class A CDL.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in past 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited gaps; 6 months in last year, 1 year in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer trailers with no-touch freight.
• Work in Western 11 Region; training provided for new CDL graduates.
• Bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.
• Drive day or night hours as needed; maintain safety and efficiency.
