Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers (experienced or new graduates) to join our team for 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers start with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with a trainer before moving to independent regional runs.

We offer weekly pay of $1,200–$1,300, $0.51/mile, and training pay of $850/week for 4–6 weeks, plus $15 per stop and monthly bonus opportunities. Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with at least 6 months of work in the last year and 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Run 1,800–2,200 miles weekly across the Western 11 Region.
• 100% no-touch freight using 53' reefer trailers.
• New drivers train 4–6 weeks OT R with an experienced trainer before operating independently.
• Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset.
• Drive during day or night hours as needed.
