Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, experienced or recent graduates, to join our team running 100% no-touch reefer freight throughout the Western 11 Region.

New drivers begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent regional runs, with bi-weekly home time and a 34-hour reset. Compensation includes weekly pay, mileage, stops pay, and bonus opportunities, plus full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited gaps; 6+ months of work in the last year and 1 year in last 3 years.
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer trailers within the Western 11 Region with no-touch freight.
• Complete training period (4–6 weeks OT R) with an experienced trainer before independent runs.
• Maintain safe, compliant, on-time deliveries and efficient route execution.
• Accept day or night driving schedules and bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.
• Aim for typical weekly miles of 1,800–2,200.
