Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead the East region's revenue, market share, and profitability for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems, a division under Amrize. The RBM will manage independent sales reps and oversee Regional Area Managers, coordinating with senior sales leaders to hit annual goals.

The role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and strong presentation and training skills to equip reps with data, resources, and training for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong sales background or 8+ years of relevant sales experience in commercial roofing encouraged.
• Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• Self-starter with proven ability to drive revenue in regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans to drive growth across target markets and product categories.
• Execute regional sales strategies aligned with company direction.
• Lead and coach independent sales reps and Regional Area Managers to achieve revenue targets.
• Forecast regional performance and provide insights on market trends.
• Represent Elevate in meetings, trade shows, and with large customer closures.
