Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of workers' compensation experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute territory plans with clear travel alignment.
• Position BHHC as the market of choice with agents and target markets.
• Monitor agency growth and profitability; identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans.
• Conduct in-person agency visits, prospect meetings, and stewardship sessions.
