Job summary
EFI Global is a full-service firm delivering engineering, fire investigation, environmental, health and safety, and specialty consulting services. The Regional Business Development Manager develops relationships, identifies opportunities, and supports territory growth through outreach, networking and market intelligence.

Qualifications
- Two years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, client engagement, customer success, or similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking.
Responsibilities
- Represents the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and networking events within an assigned territory.
- Outbound networking and lead generation.
- Lead nurturing and relationship development.
- Market and competitive intelligence gathering.
