Job summary

EFI Global, a global engineering and investigation firm, seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to grow client relationships and identify opportunities across the assigned territory. You will engage with industry groups, conferences and networks to advance business development goals.

The role requires market intelligence, opportunity analysis, and collaboration with service lines to tailor proposals. Travel is expected to support growth in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, client engagement, customer success, or similar role.
• Relationship-building and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer keyboarding, travel as required.
• Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking.

Responsibilities

• Represents the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and networking events within an assigned territory.
• Participates in professional associations and industry communities.
• Analyzes organizational priorities, service capabilities, and market opportunities to identify potential areas for business development engagement.
• Evaluates prospective opportunities against established business development criteria and provides recommendations.
• Documents findings and provides business development recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Qualifies opportunities against established business development criteria.
• Facilitates and advances business development opportunities.
• Supports territory growth strategies through targeted outreach, lead generation, and relationship development efforts.
• Manages and analyzes business development activities and opportunity data.
• Builds and manages relationships with prospective clients.
• Researches industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Travel as required.
