Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager in West Springfield, MA. This on-site role focuses on identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the territory, building a strong pipeline, and developing relationships with local customers and contractors to win bids.

You will collaborate with Estimating and Service teams, conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and convert opportunities while managing CRM data and reports.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in sales and business development; hunter mentality emphasized.
• Strong project management skills to scope requirements, source materials, and produce estimates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong negotiation ability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within territory; build and manage a pipeline.
• Develop relationships within the local community and follow up on website-generated leads.
• Qualify for local municipal bid opportunities and General Contractor opportunities.
• Track opportunities in CRM; follow up with estimating to ensure timely response.
• Conduct site visits for needs assessment; develop project scope and review with customer before submitting to estimating.
• Prepare and present proposals in a timely manner; follow up and answer questions.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Service Management teams throughout each project.
• Track and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and improve conversion rates over time.
