Jobot is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead day-to-day field service operations for a growing commercial service organization in Western Massachusetts. You will supervise field technicians, coordinate scheduling and dispatch, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure safe, efficient, and profitable service work.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of field service or service management leadership, excels at balancing customer needs with performance metrics, and can drive growth

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field service technicians
• Manage daily scheduling, dispatch, workload allocation, and emergencies
