Responsibilities

• Lead the regional deployment of the sales process to ensure optimal operation of the Area sales team.
• Act as the Area liaison for finance to manage deal submissions and funnel through the pipeline.
• Oversee onboarding and mentoring of new hires, and identify skill gaps for coaching.
• Monitor opportunities through Shareville, collaborate with Sales Enablement, and improve local team forecasting.
