TruTeam, a TopBuild Corp. brand, is hiring a Branch Manager with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to lead operations with full P&L responsibility. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, and people leadership across HR, finance, credit, inventory, scheduling and marketing.

The position offers growth into Regional Manager roles, requires 4+ years in management (construction/installation/trades preferred) and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Regional travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations teams through local leaders who deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.
• Operations: Full P&L responsibility.
• Manage Processes/Compliance: Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.
• Achieve operational goals/metrics.
• Provide on the job training through self or others.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
