TruTeam is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager with an entrepreneurial attitude to support the Branch Manager in overseeing operations, HR, finance, and customer service. You will help drive safety, efficiency and profitability while leading teams and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

The role offers growth into Branch Manager and Regional leadership, with a focus on delivering results and developing talent within a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in managing P&L and entire operation.
• Oversee HR, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling, and collections.
