TruTeam in Savannah, GA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to support the Branch Manager in overseeing operations, P&L, HR, safety, and customer service. This role offers paths to Branch Manager or Regional Leader as you grow.

You will lead teams, manage schedules, ensure compliance, and train staff while maintaining safety and cost efficiency. Regional travel of up to 50% may be required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Minimum of 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Model leadership and connect with the people you lead.
• Assist operations teams through local leaders to deliver results with low costs and high efficiency.
• Manage processes and compliance across Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.
• Achieve operational goals/metrics.
• Provide on-the-job training through self or others.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
