Job summary

Regional Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, manage the branch P&L, drive new loan growth, and cultivate strategic partnerships. You will oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service while achieving agreed profitability targets.

This exempt, full-time role requires strong leadership, a track record in retail finance, and the ability to develop and retain staff. Occasional travel and relocation may be needed based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manages and inspires team members to perform to their full potential, driving branch profitability.
• Exercises independent judgement in decisions affecting employees and the branch within policy guidelines.
• Subject matter expert on personal loan products to present loan solutions to customers.
• Maintains branch solvency by proper credit extension and follow-up with past-due customers.
• Establishes and builds customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Trains and develops staff on branch operations and company policies.
