Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the location’s production department, visit sites, and coordinate schedules. You will drive performance and profitability while supporting the Branch Manager and guiding a team of installers.

The role requires 4+ years of managerial experience, a valid driver’s license, and preferred bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Local travel and a flexible schedule may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience, preferably in construction/installation/trades.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Minimum age 18 and valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production schedules for the location’s production department.
• Visit work sites, direct installers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the Branch Manager and improve performance, productivity and profitability through effective methods.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and develop employees; manage HR duties.
