Regional Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to drive branch performance, lead a team, and manage loan growth. You will oversee day-to-day operations, partnerships, and customer service excellence while guiding staff development and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities include P&L oversight, strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication and sales skills, ready for a growth-focused environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire team members to achieve branch profitability.
• Manage branch P&L and oversee loan growth and portfolio performance.
• Present loan solutions as a subject matter expert for personal loan offerings.
• Maintain branch operations solvency through asset control and proper credit extension.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and local businesses.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; ensure policy adherence and compliance.
