Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Production Manager to lead the location's production department, visit job sites, and coordinate production schedules to ensure customer satisfaction. You will support the Branch Manager and drive improvements in performance, productivity, and profitability.

The role includes managing a team, hiring and developing staff, and soliciting new business at approved margins. Local travel up to 50% may be required, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Visit work sites, direct and coordinate production schedules, ensure customer satisfaction and solicit new business.
• Support the Branch Manager and improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through effective methods and strategies.
• Manage a team and monitor processes and procedures for job activities performed by installers.
• Be responsible for all aspects of human resources including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Solicit new business at required margin levels while maintaining existing business.
• Other duties as assigned.
