Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid drivers license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in managing P&L and daily operations.
• Oversee human resources, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and cost efficiency across operations.
• Coordinate sales, billing, and collections activities.
• Support career growth toward Branch Manager or Regional Manager.
