You will lead a team, manage budgets, and partner with customers and vendors to meet quality, quantity, and cost goals. The role demands 10+ years in leadership within food and beverage manufacturing, strong process-improvement experience, and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 10+ years leadership in food & beverage manufacturing.
• Six Sigma or Kaizen knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and ensure efficient production processes.
• Maintain quality standards and compliance with GMP, SQF, and safety policies.
• Lead personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination.
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop and monitor budgets and drive cost reductions.
• Communicate plant goals and performance to management with regular reports.
