Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a regional Patient-Centered Technician to support our Kensington center and travel to regional sites as needed. The role focuses on delivering TMS and esketamine therapies, with emphasis on patient care, documentation, and coordinating sessions.

You will build rapport with patients, ensure safety and protocol adherence, and maintain accurate records while growing your skills through targeted training and certification in TMS/esketamine therapy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with stable, consistent work in fast-paced patient or customer care/service.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree or equivalent clinical certification with at least one year of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with EMR/EHRs and CRMs; strong written and verbal communication.
• Travel to all centers in the region; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per protocols, including device setup and monitoring.
• Collect Spravato Informed Consent forms and administer PHQ-9 and QIDS-SR16.
• Document sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns to management/providers.
• Schedule visits, handle checkout and co-pays, and support billing workflows.
• Maintain equipment, medication, and supplies; dispose of used devices and medications properly.
• Provide monthly device variance reports to management and ensure compliance with OSHA/HIPAA.
