Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in the St. Louis area is seeking a regional Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies across our centers. You will receive specialized training and work closely with clinicians to support patient care.

The role requires travel between centers, excellent communication, and meticulous documentation in an outpatient setting. This is a full-time position with a schedule that varies within a 7am–7pm window.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in patient care/service.
• Preferred: higher degree or clinical certs plus 1 year in care roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to learn EMR/EHR and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine per provider protocols and monitor patients.
• Collect consent forms and administer standardized rating scales.
• Document sessions in the EHR and maintain patient records.
• Travel regionally between St. Louis centers to provide coverage.
• Support scheduling, co-pays, and discharge instructions with the team.
• Maintain equipment and stock medications, ensuring compliance.
