Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Chicago, IL is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies across our Chicago, Glenview, and Hoffman Estates centers. This full-time role includes travel between sites, comprehensive training, and opportunities to grow clinical skills in a supportive outpatient setting.

You will administer treatments, monitor patient responses, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with a compassionate team dedicated to improving lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field.
• One year healthcare work or internship experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments per clinical guidelines and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate EHRs, manage patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and related processes.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
