Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum six years of marketing and business development experience.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services preferred.
• Experience with pitches, proposals, and RFP processes.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and growth strategies for the Technology & Media Group, Technology Transactions, and Telecommunications.
• Prepare pitches, proposals, and responses to RFPs tailored to client opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
• Manage marketing collateral including website content, brochures, and bios.
• Coordinate webinars and client events with the Events Team, including on-site support.
• Identify sponsorships, memberships, and speaking opportunities to raise the firm’s profile.
• Support integration of lateral partners and counsel with individual BD plans.
• Lead submissions for directories and rankings, collaborate across practices.
• Use CRM and experience tools to target relationships and capture relevant experience.
• Develop and manage industry budgets, track ROI, and supervise junior staff.
• Support broader Marketing priorities during manager absences.
