Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years relevant experience preferred (retail, customer service, and/or financial services industries).
• Business development skills, including ability to conceptualize and implement strategies.
• 1+ years leadership and coaching experience preferred.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and store operations; risk awareness.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet store goals.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manages the service and advice team promoting a positive client and colleague experience.
• Leads, coaches and develops a team of service and advice colleagues on services, product and sales discussions and strategies.
• Coaches to ensure client issues are handled appropriately through problem resolution guidelines.
• Actively promotes the Bank's presence/brand within the community through leadership in groups and fundraisers.
• Builds relationships by promoting a client-centered organization and proactively addresses client needs.
• Contributes to achieving the store's service client experience targets by coaching and modeling.
