Job summary

The position requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent, 2+ years of customer/sales experience, and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Notary License (Preferred)
• Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS upon hire to be able to engage in conversations with customers about loan products, facilitates the application intake.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve individual and Store objectives in legendary customer and colleague experience.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to ensure compliant, personalized service and advice activities.
• Lead complex sales/advisory processes involving multiple systems, partners and complexity.
• Deliver end-to-end advice and build customer financial confidence with product recommendations.
• Coach advisory team on advice strategies and product knowledge and ensure day-to-day operations meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify advice opportunities and referrals to drive business growth.
• Foster community engagement and promote the TD brand through customer interactions.
