Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Notary License (Preferred).
• Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve store objectives and deliver legendary customer experience.
• Provide day-to-day team leadership and work direction for personalized service and advice.
• Oversee complex sales and advisory activities across multiple systems and partners.
• Deliver end-to-end financial guidance by highlighting product features and benefits based on customer needs.
• Coach team to deliver proactive financial advice and grow customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and operational processes.
