• Oversee complex advisory activities involving multiple steps, systems, partners, and product knowledge.
• Drive and reinforce advisory behaviors by coaching the team and highlighting product features and benefits based on customer needs.
• Build community relationships and manage lead generation and referrals to support business growth.
