Allied Universal is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across a regional territory in the Northeast. You will own the full sales cycle from first meeting through contract execution, building relationships with executive decision-makers and winning multi-million-dollar contracts.

This outside sales role requires field visits, client meetings, and some remote work. You will partner with a BDA to generate leads and schedule meetings, leveraging our industry-leading

• Minimum of two years of outside B2B consultative sales or related experience.
• Proven track record of prospecting, building pipeline, and closing deals.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
