Westlake Flooring Services is hiring a Regional Manager for the Great Lakes region to lead a team of 10-25 reps and expand market share among auto dealers. You will coach area managers, hire/train new managers, and drive sales strategies across the territory.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% to visit dealers and participate in marketing events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop Area Managers.
• Present and sell products to current and potential clients.
• Plan targets and activity to drive dealer growth.
• Identify prospects and manage key accounts.
• Maintain product knowledge and sales materials.
• Build and sustain client relationships and loyalty.
• Travel up to 75% within territory.
