Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years related experience in the waste industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs all facility operations to meet safety and environmental standards.
• Promotes EH&S culture and regulatory compliance across the team.
• Develops SOPs, training plans, and maintenance programs for facility equipment.
