MTM, Inc. seeks a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruitment, provider relationships, and regional network management. You will analyze costs, ensure service levels, and drive cost containment while partnering with the Mobile Integrated Health team for community paramedicine.

The role is remote within the East region of the United States with up to 25% travel. Requires EMS leadership experience and strong vendor management skills.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in EMS or Ambulance Operations, Dispatch Operations, Logistics or Transportation (7+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building with partners and clients.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ambulance vendor recruitment and onboarding across the East region.
• Negotiate pricing, expectations, and service levels with providers.
• Monitor performance metrics and provider satisfaction; drive cost containment initiatives.
• Coordinate with Mobile Integrated Health to expand community paramedicine and in-home services.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and regulatory requirements.
