Job summary

Monil is seeking a field sales-focused professional to grow our presence in the US South East. You will connect with cattle producers across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia and Alabama, perform on-farm demonstrations, and guide customers through the buying process.

This remote role collaborates with a US-based Farmer Success team to drive adoption and value. You will balance field visits with phone outreach, build trust with ranchers, and help shape how Monil expands in the US market.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture, ideally cattle, grazing, or livestock production.
• Comfortable walking onto a ranch and talking with producers.
• Hands-on sales experience or education related to sales, agriculture, or agribusiness.
• Organized and proactive with ownership to solve problems.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in practical terms.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with cattle producers and ranchers across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia and Alabama.
• Conduct on-farm demonstrations and guide producers through the buying process.
• Prospect new opportunities and close sales through phone outreach and inbound interest.
• Support producer meetings, demo days, and industry trade shows.
• Work with the Farmer Success Manager to ensure customers start successfully.
• Maintain relationships post-sale and identify expansion opportunities.
• Share field feedback to improve product fit and customer experience.
