Job summary

Monil is seeking a Natl Southeast US remote sales professional with agriculture or livestock background to engage producers, demo technology, and move opportunities forward. You’ll split time between ranch visits, trade shows, and phone follow-ups, building trust with farmers while expanding Monil’s presence in the South East region.

You’ll work independently within a small team, travel up to 3 days per week to ranches, and collaborate with the US Farmer Success Manager to ensure customers get

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture or livestock production.
• Willingness to visit ranches and talk to producers.
• Comfortable with field work and phone/desk follow-ups.
• Hands-on sales experience or related education.

Responsibilities

• Meet cattle producers and ranchers across TN, MS, GA and AL.
• Conduct on-farm demos and guide buyers through the process.
• Prospect opportunities and close sales via calls and follow-ups.
• Support producer meetings, demo days, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the Farmer Success Manager to onboard customers.
• Maintain post-sale relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Provide field feedback to improve product fit and messaging.
• Refine the sales process based on field learnings.
