Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Account Technical Lead for Regional Accounts in the United States. The role drives advanced discovery, architects hybrid solutions, and maintains the Customer Technical Vision to ensure consistent, high-quality engagement across delivery partners.

You will build trusted relationships with customers and partners, lead technical roadmaps, and collaborate with Account Executives to shape long-term strategy. Expect travel and active participation in partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in architecture, engineering, or construction or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years’ industry experience.
• Solid understanding of the AEC industry.
• Technical knowledge using Autodesk software/solutions.
• English language required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50-70%.
• Attendance at Autodesk-sponsored events is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for complex opportunities and validate partner-led discovery.
• Design hybrid architectural solutions incorporating Autodesk workflows and regional considerations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partner technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain regional Customer Technical Vision and technical roadmaps.
• Drive Autodesk-led and partner-led expansion motions with value for customers.
• Lead resolution of customer issues across direct-delivered and partner-delivered workstreams.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Partner Managers on strategy and milestones.
• Lead joint Autodesk and partner technical orchestration for demos, benchmarks, and workshops.
• Provide synthesized results to stakeholders with actionable follow-ups.
