Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor’s or master’s in architecture, engineering, or construction or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years’ industry experience.
• Solid understanding of the AEC industry.
• Technical knowledge using Autodesk software/solutions.
• English language required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence, persuade, and reach consensus.
• Strong teamwork and relationship management.
• Ability to travel up to 50-70%.
• Ability to attend Autodesk-sponsored events.

Responsibilities

• Technical Discovery: Lead direct discovery for complex opportunities and validate partner-led discovery.
• Solution Architect: Design hybrid solutions incorporating partner services and Autodesk workflows.
• Build Trust & Technical Relationships: Develop relationships with customers and partners.
• Customer Technical Vision: Create regional technical roadmaps and engagement plans.
• Revenue Growth: Drive Autodesk-led and partner-led expansion motions.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Lead resolution across direct and partner workstreams.
• Sales Collaboration: Define long-term strategy with AEs and Partner Managers.
• Technical Orchestration: Lead joint Autodesk and partner demos, benchmarks, workshops.
• Interpret Results: Present outcomes to stakeholders for future actions.
