Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Account Technical Lead for Regional Accounts in the United States. The role serves as the primary technical authority, guiding discovery, architecting hybrid solutions, and maintaining the Customer Technical Vision across regional engagements.

You will lead technical discovery, orchestrate Autodesk and partner activities, and build strong relationships with customers and partner stakeholders while driving revenue growth and ensuring high-quality technical engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in architecture, engineering, or construction or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of industry experience.
• Solid understanding of the AEC industry.
• Proficient with Autodesk software/solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50–70%.
• Willingness to attend Autodesk-sponsored events.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for complex opportunities and validate partner-led discovery.
• Design hybrid architectural solutions incorporating Autodesk workflows and partner services.
• Build trust and maintain relationships with customers and partner stakeholders.
• Create and maintain regional Customer Technical Vision (CTV) roadmaps.
• Drive Autodesk-led and partner-led expansion motions to grow revenue.
• Lead resolution of customer technical issues across direct and partner workstreams.
• Collaborate with AEs and Partner Managers on long-term strategy and milestones.
• Coordinate Autodesk and partner technical demos, benchmarks, and workshops.
• Synthesize results and inform follow-up actions for stakeholders.
