Stanley Black & Decker in Saint Cloud / Duluth, MN and Fargo, ND seeks an Account Manager for a remote role with 60% travel. Lead regional sales growth, manage top dealers, and drive profitability across SBDK brands.

You will develop strategic plans, leverage marketing programs, and train staff while managing budgets and using Salesforce and BW for efficiencies. Strong IT and MS Office skills are essential, with travel in MN and surrounding areas.

Competenze

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
• Understanding and knowledge of IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications.
• Willingness to travel; focus on Minnesota and surrounding areas.

Mansioni

• Manage and lead all elements of the region.
• Grow regional sales and profitability; manage listings and share gain.
• Develop and execute strategic plans using marketing programs and field resources.
• Establish relationships with top accounts; call on dealers in assigned area.
• Drive sell-through across brands and units; support dealers with product knowledge and events.
• Utilize Salesforce and Business Warehouse to drive efficiencies; manage budgets.
