Job summary

Courier Express is seeking a Regional Account Manager in the United States (Alabama, Birmingham) to generate new sales while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will coordinate with Area and General Managers to identify opportunities and ensure exceptional service with flexible options.

You will manage existing accounts, network within and outside the industry, troubleshoot issues early, and monitor receivables to protect cash flow.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years previous sales experience.
• Strong perseverance, organization and people skills, excellent written and verbal communication.
• Data analysis and strong presenting skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and collaborate with Area Manager and General Manager.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts to expand business.
• Build relationships through networking inside and outside the industry.
• Troubleshoot issues before they escalate and monitor receivables.
• Maintain contact management database for funnel reviews and customer satisfaction.
