Courier Express is seeking a Regional Account Manager in Nashville to generate new sales and sustain strong customer relationships. You will work with the Area Manager and General Manager to identify opportunities that fit Courier Express’ service model.

The role emphasizes expanding regional business, solving issues promptly, and managing client communications with a focus on superior service and flexible options.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years of sales experience; prior courier/transportation exposure a plus.
• Proven ability to generate new business while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new sales opportunities with guidance from Area and General Manager.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current accounts to increase revenue.
• Network inside/outside the industry to build a broader client base.
• Troubleshoot customer issues to prevent larger problems.
• Monitor accounts receivable and keep client invoicing accurate.
