Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to strengthen existing client partnerships and drive new business across the Midwest. The role combines remote work with field visits and requires up to 25% travel to meet clients and develop opportunities.

Responsibilities include running 2-3 client meetings weekly, growing an existing book of business, building a sales pipeline, and managing deals from start to close. Salesforce is used for proposals and account management.

Qualifications

• Prior B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in the medical management industry.
• CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run 2-3 client meetings per week, about half in person and half virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Represent Ethos at conferences and events, and partner with internal teams on smooth client onboarding.
